The irrational fear of existing, often leading to existential dread, overthinking, or the desperate wish to cease consciousness altogether.

Person 1: “Ugh, I have to wake up, go to work, pay bills, and just… exist?”
Person 2: “Sounds like a bad case of existanphobia.”
