Combination of an estimate and a quote for work done. More definite then an estimate, less firm than a quote. Perhaps best used when all details are not known.
Me to client: "Costs will vary, depending on the final choices. I can send you an estimote based on what we have talked about so far."

Yeah, my estimated time of carrival is three minutes.

A term used by IT staff this typically indicates they have no clue when something will be done.
