Pruning shrubs, bushes, or trees, so they resemble the gardener or the owner of the property.

Rather than creating a normal topiary by shaping the bushes into squirrels and other small animals, the gardener created a remarkable image of himself. His wife referred to it as his egotopiary.

Emotov cocktail

A short, cryptic, and usually dreary blog entry intended to draw out replies of maudlin concern or curiosity.

The term is a pun on "Molotov cocktail" in that the author's post is akin to throwing a small incendiary merely to see who will react.

Egotourist

The uber-rich or famous, who visit Africa pretending to see the wild and that they care about the environment, but only stay in 6-Star accommodation in urban areas for fear of not being featured in the newspapers.

Are you sure I'll get media attention if I stay in your hotel? Don't confuse me with an ecotourist. I'm an egotourist.
