Dwijen is the guy that is always ready to make you smile. Especially in the hardest time you will find a smile on his face. He is a people person and loves to manage them by making sure they are happy doing what they do. He loves his family and makes sure they know that. He spreads happiness, fun and laughter. Hates small talks, serious discussions and formalities.
