A person who is dumb in a systematic way and proves dumbness multiple time in conversation or by their actions.

"hey when the fat one dropped that wood on the fire and burnt his feet i thought he was dumb but when he tried to put out the fire with gasoline thats when i knew he was a dumb bot"
