1. Meant to be used when things are awkward or funny. (Usually awkwardly funny.)
2. Can be used as a scapegoat to not say other things.
3. Can be used from mild awkwardness to extreme awkwardness.
4. Pronunciation is DUh-Die. (Like if your cat just died.)
If someone says an inside joke and someone doesn't know the inside part is the most common...

Example: "Hey! You look prettier than normal." (Someone here would chime in) "Duhdie."

*It's not used in a sentence, it is "stand alone." (like "Ok.")
