Doxop exposes people/celebrities with no motives, just like identity theft but without the money theft or maybe that's what he leads people to believe? Nonetheless, Doxop is part of Anonymous with the set of skills of hacking someone's private information and uses it against them. He doesn't have any FBI friends, its a scheme he uses to tell people how he discovers other people. Hes just a hacker that steal information about individuals he targets. Basically, a common thief.
