Anyone who cannot even master the simplest items of technology.

The ability to program a pre programmed microwave is beyond their ken. They wouldn't get that the popcorn button is all they need to push to have microwaved popcorn. Tom is such a digidiot he has to ask for help at self service gas stations.

a digital pundit; someone who likes to go online and offer opinions on everything on sites that encourage viewers to offer such feedback; the accumulation of all this material is called reviewage.

Every time he goes online, he likes to leave his opinion on whatever he reads or sees, even when he doesn't really know what he's talking about; he's the biggest digidit I know.
