diet_prada

A popular instagram account publicly run by Tony Liu and Lindsey Schuyler who are basic 30+ year olds calling out fashion “copycats”, yet failing to realize fashion literally repeats itself, like LITERALLY. They are fashions SJWs and leverage their crazy followers (who pretend to be personally attacked and outraged yet can’t afford designer clothing) against different brands. It’s lazy gotcha, cherry picking, cyber bullying, call out, hit piece journalism at best. If you invite them to your fashion show they’ll praise you (ex: Valentino, Prada, Gucci). They have a personal vendetta against Hedi Slimane, Virgil Abloh, Jonathan Anderson and the Kardashian/Jenner clan. They’re on Bella and Gigi Hadids payroll, as well as other basic popular fashion bloggers (BryanBoy, Caroline Daur, Carlo Sestini, etc), the Budapest Fashion Council and their manager/famous basic blogger Tina Craig of BagSnot. While some of their work is positively viewed it’s very selective in their tone of writing (they go easy and are forgiving on the brands they favor/ or are being/have been sponsored by ex: Salvatore ferragamo, Prada, Gucci) and they fail to tell their followers to not go and attack the persons they mention, instagram, hence, being complicit and promoting cyber bullying by staying silent. Many times they post about allegations that are not proven without thinking about the impact its having on said brand/ person. So far they have avoided lawsuits but don’t hold your breath. Karma is a bitch.
Fashion Wannabe 1: Omg did u see diet_prada’s latest post?!?? They called out Hedi again for making new Celine like Saint Laurent.

FW 2: Expected as usual, like why are they so obsessed with him? Prada and Gucci literally recycle clothing designs all the time!!! EVERYONE RECYCLES FROM MARGIELA!There’s so much proof!!! DID YOU SEE THAT POST ABOUT YOON AMBUSH!!!?

FW 1: Yeah I know but they were just at the Prada show and that’s their name so they’re obviously not going to critique Prada like that. AND YES I DID!!! Their followers went IN on her insta! Lol they can’t even afford it. It’s literally just basic jewelry. I feel bad for her because the followers are cyber bullying her.

FW 2: Yeah so do I but the way that wrote that hit piece, that’s what triggers their followers and it’s not like they write on their post to NOT bully the person they’re talking about.

FW 1: So true. Ugh it’s sad that they’re silently complicit with their followers behavior. Like they should show some responsibility since they have 1.2 million followers. But you know what’s more sad?

FW 2: what?

FW 1: tony and lindsey are basic as fuck in real life.

FW 2: lol yah I know. Sad that they rely on their shady bullying gram for clout. Like you know Gigi and Bella are just talking to them to avoid being posted up on Diet_prada.

FW 1: ugh if I was Prada I would distant myself from them. They just seem like a pile of sad, mediocre, negativity.

murderhobo

In a tabletop game, a murderhobo is a player who murders NPCs indiscriminately. This is normally derogatory, referring to a player who totally ignores quests, dialog, backstory, trade, world building etc.

The term is most common with Dungeons and Dragons, but it can be applied to most RPGs where the player is allowed to kill most quest-giving NPCs and NPC traders. E.g. Elder Scrolls, Fallout, Divinity original sin.
DM: The sad little orphan girl tugs at Steve's trenchcoat to get his attention, and ask for help saving her pet dog from...
Steve: I'd like to roll a strength check against strangling the orphan.
Dave: I call dibs on the dog.
DM: You murderhobos disgust me.

In sales terms, a whale is a prospect that is significantly larger than an organization’s average customer.

Whales are large and extremely difficult to close. Due to their immense size, they are highly sought-after.

A whale is typically identified at first by a whale hunter on the sales team, but often requires cross-discipline participation in order to close; this includes assistance from operations, engineering, creative, client success, and business development teams.
"Shit...the sales director chewed me out on the sales call this morning. He's totally pissed that I have nothing in my pipeline. I've been focused on this one whale for so long that I haven't had time to prospect for normal-sized deals."

God Shot

A chance happening with profound meaning, an unexpected blessing, a "sign".
Dr. Drew on Celebrity Rehab said "All of a sudden what had been just another Hollywood proposal became for him an unexpected blessing, an opportunity for growth. In drug recovery language, that's called a "God shot."
