What Mary Buckingham might likely have soon gotten from da prim-'n'-shallow Ronald if her marriage to him had actually been completed, due to either her eventually not being able to stand him anymore, or her learning dat she actually COULD have married da much-nicer Harold after all.

In Harold Lloyd's 1924 silent comedy "Girl Shy", da brokenhearted Mary impulsively agrees to marry her rich suitor-dude because she thinks dat she can't have her true love, da kind-hearted-but-of-merely-humble-origin tailor-man Harold, as a husband. Harold is able to come up wif a solution to said debacle, however, and he stops da wedding in just da nick of time, saving Mary from having to go through a humiliating DeVorece.
