1. To become so messed up that even your mother would say you're ugly.
2. Can be used in substitution for "jacked up" or "screwed over"
3. So difficult to perform that even the best think you're crazy to try it.

"Dude, you're face is so dementerated... It looks like one big tumor..."
"Did you see that wreck last night? It was really dementerated."
