cynophagy 

(noun) The act or practice of eating dog flesh. Generally considered taboo in most western countries, cynophagy is accepted in eastern and south-east Asia.

I went to a Korean place last night, and I ordered something that turned out to be dog. Cynophagy seems OK to me, it tasted great with rice and pepper sauce.

cyclophagy

Osteophagy is when animals consume bones from a carcass to increase the calcium and phosphate in their diets.
Cyclophagy is when people search for bicycles that were locked to a post and stripped for parts.

The emotional response of fear and public disorder that comes from seeing a significant number of locked and stripped bicycles as symbolic of the lack of social controls in that vicinity.

When the landscape of stripped bicycles communicates to the public that social disorder is abundant.

Searching for the common crime of bikeslaughter.

Cynophacide (sigh-noff-uh-side)

Derived from the Greek "cyno" (dog) and the Latin suffix "cide" (to kill).

The act of a beloved domestic dog (most commonly a large, shadow-like breed) attempting to "neutralize" their owner by acting as a tactical trip-hazard. Usually occurs at the top of a staircase, in a dark hallway, or precisely when the owner is carrying hot liquids or heavy items.

I tried to bring a cup of tea upstairs, but my Shepherd did a brake-check right on the landing. It was a blatant attempt at cynophacide (sigh-noff-uh-side).
