So, yall find yourself in a pandemic and you're happy to take all the precautions to meet up, but you totally understand if someone doesn't particularly feel comfortable socialising yet for whatever reasons.

Referring to February 2020; the month during which the United States Federal Government did as much nothing as possible to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 among it's citizenry.
