Just as you would punch a friend's arms after seeing a Beetle Volkswagen car while saying "Punch Buggy yellow, no punch back", you would BUMP your arm into your friend's arm while saying "Coopa bump green, no bump back! if you see a Mini Cooper car" (Google it if you don't know what kind of car that is)
The same rule applies:
-You say license to avoid one mini cooper
-You have to say "no bump back" to avoid your friend viciously bumping you back
-Just have good ol' fun attacking your buddies and annoying siblings
