What Kamala Harris supporters have figuratively taken. It is typically used for new initiates into the KHive for the 2024 Presidential election, but everyone in the KHive has already taken it at some point in time.

This combines the coconut tree meme featuring Harris with the red pill / blue pill terminology which is loved by all kinds of weird online men. But don't fear - the coconut pill is filled with hope and optimism rather than misogyny and nihilism.

Wow my neighbor is coconut pilled. They already have a Kamala Harris yard sign and two bumper stickers.

I thought Biden was okay and I would've preferred Bernie or Warren in 2020 but I have since taken the coconut pill.
