Rebuilding an existing technology to perform better in the Cloud. Typically, this includes making the technology 'elastic' so that users pay only for what they use--like electricity.
Postgres Plus Cloud Database uses the open source PostgreSQL database, but it's been cloudified to allow for auto-scaling, easy set up and automated DBA tasks.
