A forged slang between "chutiyapa" and "siyappa"

Chutiyapa means "bullshit, nonsense or anything that seems needless, longwinded or hard to understand"
Siyappa relates to "a reaction to a misfortune that's happened - can also be translated as a situation of chaos"

Put them together... it's evident - a chaotic misfortune that's caused due to utter bullshit or, longwinded stupidity.

When you can't explain in "English" and can't even explain in specific "Hindi/Punjabi" words... this, does justice!

A to a B: "Hey, did you meet up with her? Did you ask her out?"
B: "Yeah, I tried. Just as I was about to, she introduced me to this complete dweeb of a person she's been dating, explaining how much she means to her that me, her "best friend", gets to meet the "love of her life"...
A: Damn! This is a total "chusiyappa" man!

Chutiyapa

Chutiyapa is a combination of two words - Chutiya + syappa. Syappa is a punjabi slang word which is used to describe the mourning at the time of death. Also used to describe "bug trouble". So chutiyapa means a trouble caused by chutiya reasons/people, or a trouble of very low standards,

Ye kya chutiyapa macha hua hai?
Zindagi chutiyapa ban gai hai.
Ye chutiyapey khatam hi nai hotey.
