Excited at the very thought of town hall 14 but if you ever bring that number up around him you're asking to be sent to Gulag💀💀💀, and one of the few ways for his forgiveness is giving him bitcoin, or graphics cards. British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
