cancellationism

The core ideology of cancel culture is when people believe "canceling" or silencing other people because of their opinions is just.
The belief in cancellationism is perpetrated by the left-wing fascists!

cancelling

To cancel someone (usually a celebrity or other well-known figure) means to stop giving support to that person. The act of canceling could entail boycotting an actor's movies or no longer reading or promoting a writer's works.
Did you hear that Celebrity X said this thing about women? Cancelling this misogynistic pig is the just thing to do!

cancellation bear

Originally used by TvByTheNumbers, the "cancellation bear" is the theory that TV shows are only in real danger of being cancelled if they're the lowest performers, much like the slowest in a group of people would get mauled by a bear.
I love Parks and Rec. I hope the cancellation bear is out to get Whitney so Parks gets renewed!

Directional Cancellation

A term used in video games.

The act of cancelling your shots mid-air, essentially depending on luck on whether your hits connect or not.

fart cancelling

Like noise cancelling, fart cancelling can be performed by cancelling a fart with another fart at the right time. Failing to do so can increase the power of the first fart.
"Yow, who let out this huge fart?"
"Don't worry. I have fart cancelling integrated in my body"

Cancellation Age

The age where cancel culture is at its tipping point, especially against people who are innocent or not to be judged by the court of public opinion.
The Cancellation Age is like the McCarthyist Era but perpetrated by the leftists.
