Bulma
A boy crazy young woman in her late teens to late 20's. Characterized as high maintenance or a "complainer", yet she is still likable, or at the very least tolerable (most likely due to physical attractiveness). Common physical traits are comparable to Basic Becky's, valley girls, and thots. They straddle the line between likability and all of the negative connotations that come with the previously mentioned stereotypes. Often used by those who've watched Dragon Ball.
Shannon can complain a lot... but hey, she's a Bulma.

A lighthearted reaction upon receiving disappointing news of some sort. Usually something that isn't a particularly a big deal, esp. when it primarily affects someone else - sort of a mild schadenfreude. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
