A funny slang meaning that someone is shot in the head commonly meant to be used in formal statements as a joke.

The term is usually used in political conversations and memes to either make a point or make the situation less tense and serious than it already is.
1) Kim Jong Un said to the General to launch the missile but he denied. It was later found that the General died from the rare bullet in brain disease.

2) Hitler was rejected from art school, It was later revealed that the professor of the university died from the rare bullet in brain disease.

3) Putin urged his Generals to adhere to his order, one of the General disobeyed and died from the rare bullet in brain disease.

humourous phrase meaning "shot in the head". In formal statements where the commentator will refuse to directly say the victim was murdered, they will instead use the phrase "Bullet-in-Brain disease" in reference to their death to avoid making comments of graphic violence while giving viewers (particularly adults) the idea of what happened to the victim.

Commonly seen in TikTok comment sections in replies to lazy attempts at humor, overconfidentally incorrect statement, or an over-the-top comment or when someone completely misses the mark on something.
