Roof Brooms 

A game played in an apartment consisting of hitting the ceiling with broom handles, usually played with six to ten players. The object of the game is to irritate the upstairs neighbor, often as revenge for noisy behavior such as stomping. Typically, roof brooms involves drinking beer, talking, and hammering on the ceiling for hours. Players may arrange themselves in shifts to ensure continual striking upon the ceiling.

High Brooms Wagon Wheel 

Not to be confused with High Brooms Cartwheel, this popular drinking game is best played with 4 or more carpenters/joiners needed to build the wagon wheel. So the participants assemble at the top of the world famous hill leading down to High Brooms station with some Vindaloo, Thai green curry, tacos some rotten eggs and some contact adhesive. The first person strips off all of their clothes and proceeds to eat as much of the food as possible, while the other players proceed to contact glue their hands to each other’s feet in the form of a circle and balance upright at the top of the hill. These will be the rim of the Wagon wheel. The first person now eats the rotten egg and stands in a cartwheel position in the middle of the wheel to form the spokes holding on to the other players scarfs for steadiness. The Scarf joint is now formed and play can commence. They now proceed to roll down the hill gaining pace until the person forming the spokes is either sick or shits themselves at which point play is stopped ASAP. The winners are the carpenters/joiner son the rim who managed to largely avoid being covered in any of the excrement or vomit and is allowed to shower off. The loser is the most decorated player and must buy all participants drinks at “The Brickworks” all night long and must not shower off until the winner has finished their first cold pint!

High Brooms Cartwheel

Not to be confused with the similar popular drinking game, High Brooms Wagon Wheel. This game requires 4 or more carpenters/Joiners. Firstly you must assemble at the top of the hill leading down to High Brooms Station. The winner of the previous round is the spokes and other participants are the rim. The wheel is constructed by the rims stripping off all their clothes, laying on their sides in a circular shape and grabbing the feet of the person ahead of them and holding on tighly to their ankles. The ankles are the tenons and the hands form the mortice to create a strong mortice and tenon joint. Next, the circle is stood up and aimed downhill and the remaining player, the spokes, stands in the middle of this rim as if performing a cartwheel. This player must hold on to the genitals of the other players with their hands and feet and mouth if necessary. With the joinery now complete, play can commence. The circle is rocked to start the cartwheel rolling down the hill and the shaking motion as it travels should cause all players forming the rim to be tossed off as the wheel heads southwards towards the station. Play is stopped when the last player has shot his load onto the spokes in the centre. The winner is the Last person to ejaculate and gets to play as spokes next round and free drinks all night at "The Brickworks" pub, paid for by the losers.
