Bowil
A unique nickname only given to the youngest sibling. One of Bowil's favourite past times is to drink cereal out of small glass bowl. She's a wild one, but well grounded with her stunning curls. By default she always had milk crusties in her hair as a child and has obtained a mild complex about it.
Typical Bowil thoughts:

keeping up with the Botwins
Much like 'keeping up with the Joneses', in which a family competes with neighbors to own the coolest home, car, things, and kids; keeping up with the Botwins is the struggle to afford to do so through crime. The name is derived from the Botwin family in the Showtime series Weeds, led by Nancy Botwin, who sells marijuana in order to provide and protect her family, who follow in her criminal footsteps.
I was wondering how the family down the block could afford three Lamborghinis and a Porsche until they got busted by the cops for keeping up with the Botwins.

Boffin
British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
