A variety of aches, pains and musculoskeletal ailments and injuries seen in increasing frequency in the active baby boomer population. These include tendinitis, bursitis, arthritis and "fix-me-itis". Although the term was initially used to describe problems in the baby boomer generation, it is also seen in both older and younger individuals. This term, coined by orthopaedic surgeon Nicholas A. A person from the baby boomer generation or really anyone who is older than the person using the word, usually used if said person is being annoying or talking shit about a younger generation. Sometimes used in a joking way among friends. Can also describe someone who is out of touch, typically with technology.
