Blue Bulbs 

The vaginal equivalent of blue balls. When a person with a clitoris and a vagina gets turned on and bulbs of vestibule (also know as clitoral bulbs) become engorged with blood. When the blood does not return to the circulatory system, it can cause discomfort and a tense feeling in the vagina.

An overrated South African rugby team hailing from Pretoria and compete in the Currie Cup who are generally renowned to be (among other things) brainless, overweight, beer-swilling, louts. Also used to refer to their fans who reflect the rugby team exceptionally well in the above attributes.
