When you are told by someone that something amazing just happened, but they won't tell you. You know how when guys are just about to get it in, they get all excited?
well, if they don't get it in, and they're still excited, they get blue balls. or it just hurts them a lot, because they can't release.

Mentally blue balled means that you got all excited and then didn't complete with the exciting thing/action.

Jane: OMGAH,Jenny! You'll NEVER guess who's transferring into our school next week. You are gonna FREAK the fuck out! OMG i could barely believe it myself.

DVR blue-balled

When your DVR'ed program leaves you hanging because you had it set from the top of one hour to the next, except the program actually ran one minute over, leaving you without a clue as to what happened at the end. This is particularly frustrating when you DVR a series finale.

I have no freaking clue what happened on the final episode of Nip/Tuck because I set the DVR to record from 9-10:00pm, but it didn't really end until 10:01pm. Can someone please tell me what the hell happened at the airport since I got DVR blue-balled??!?!??
