A male or female that is partly of a black background (whether African, American or Caribbean background) and also partly Italian.

Her father is black but her mother is Italian so that must mean she's a Blatalian.

Someone who is much beyond an average idiot, and has quite simply become so stupid it is ridiculous.

A person may be a blatant idiot if they ask stupid questions, or think an apple is an orange.

blatino 

A person who is half black/African and half latino. Can be Peruvian, Guatemalan, etc. Does not only refer to Mexicans though Mexicans are included. If the person is male he is called a blatino, and blatina is if the person is female.

Person A: What ethnicity is that guy?

Person B: Oh he's blatino.

Person A: Black and latino ?

Person B: Yeah.

blatany 

the act of licking another person's eyeball with one's tongue; blatany derives from the Latin "blattire" meaning "to lick seeing-organ."

The word entered regular English usage through a bad Full Metal Alchemist anime dub in which the name of the character Gluttony was translated as Blatany. The modern definition is thought to have arisen from association with the character's distinguishing tongue and unholy hunger.

Blatany is the sweetest sin, baby. Hold still while I run my tip across your--OH MY GOD THIS IS THE MOST AWKWARD FEELING IN THE WORLD! Why would anyone lick anyone else's eyeball!?
