A person who owns/ runs a small cafe or bar. They have very strong emotional ties to their job and get very protective over it when it is mentioned.
Normally a bistro boy denies they are infact a bistroboy

‘Hey, you’re a bistroboy’
“ No, I’m not. I’m off on holiday, bye”.
