Better Living Industries 

A made-up company made to be the antagonists of the My Chemical Romance inspired universe made for their final album Danger Days. The company is known for running a website through the Warner Brothers domain which initially ran interactively from November 18th 2010 to mid-2016. The company was mention in the comic book written by former My Chemical Romance frontman, Gerard Way, called The True Live of The Fabulous Killjoys.

Used to be a slogan for DuPont (a chemical company), but now it refers to the practice of taking medication and/or drugs to make your life more enjoyable.
Becky: "Wow, Jenny was always so depressed, but now she takes a bottle of Prozac in the morning and washes it down with vodka, she seems really relaxed and happy."
Hank: "Oh, so she's discovered better living through chemistry!"

Originated from the brilliant scientist Dr. Michael Garrity as a metaphor advising people to live life on their own terms.
