A term used primarily in workplaces (most notably warehouses) to refer to employees who dodge answering the door when the bell rings. This can be either because A. They don't want to deal with loading or unloading materials as they are lazy, or B. They are fearful they will receive criticism for how they deal with the delivery/customer collection/whoever it is.
"I saw you hiding at the back of the warehouse when the TNTguy turned up at the door. You were belldodging!"
