Any supporter of G.W. Bush who cries about being ignored by the rest of the american population for having elected a total moron who ran this county into the ground.

"Just another bushbaby crying about the cost of healthcare. Where was this so called "REAL" American when G.W. was wasting trillions of dollars of OUR money on Cheney's war profiteering buddies, corporate mercenaries, bribes to religious nuts, and on some other country's infrastructure."

"BaBaBaby" is a word used on the internet to bully people call them a baby but not just a baby a tall one, which abnormal. So I believe its to call someone a weird cry baby.
