A derogatory term used when a bunch of proteins become a worthless set of amino acids that result in a disgusting blob of shit that provokes vomiting on sight, or being in proximity of it's smell.

Our band's first concert went well - we were really kicking it. The Audient was overcome with emotion, and promised to bring a friend to the next gig. The bar staff also applauded. The drummer got the audient's phone number !

The cutest girl in the world. She can be nice but if you get on her bad side she'll turn into a complete savage. Fun to be around. She's the definition of perfect. She's a friend to all. Although she can be sensitive sometimes but everybody loves her.

A lighthearted reaction upon receiving disappointing news of some sort. Usually something that isn't a particularly a big deal, esp. when it primarily affects someone else - sort of a mild schadenfreude. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
