She is a very introverted person but very intellectual as well. If you think you can hide something from this girl you got something coming. I dont know how she knows the things she does but she has her ways. She can be very manipulative and fiesty but all together is the most loyalist and sweetest girl. If you cross her she will forgive but never look at you the same way. This girl is usually a leader, girls would kills to have the smile she has or the the vibe she gives off when she walks in a room. Boffin
British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
