A Ainsley is a girl who is kind and very sweet at times. But one wrong move can make her want to hurt you. Ainsley is a beautiful woman on the inside and out. Used when a person wishes to express distaste at the latest fashion trend/fad, because it seems that everyone has a certain item of clothing or is wearing it.
