The word has two meanings

As an adjective , It is usually used to depict somebody's stupidity or the suspiciousness of having mental disabilities

As a pronoun , it is used to refer somebody especially named Aidan for acting childishly and absurdly as an insult.

Matthew was said to be an aidumb person because he broke the computer.
Aidumb , the kid with mental disabilities, is coming.
