a Swissie

The act of inserting a ping pong bat into the anus of a man, the object being for him to hit his own scrotum with the ping pong bat.

Generally practiced in Switzerland, hence the name.

"What are you up to tonight?"
"Ahh, I think I'll have a Swissie and go to bed."
