To head-butt someone in the sternum, solar plexus or abdomen in the fashion of famous French footballer Zinedine Zidane in the 2006 World Cup final. To use one's head as a battering ram or weapon as Zidane did.

A male who's sexuality when perceived as unknown by other people because of his feminine attitude to everything, a Zidane Kay is someone who acts like a girl yet terrified of them, as he goes for men.
