To head-butt someone in the sternum, solar plexus or abdomen in the fashion of famous French footballer Zinedine Zidane in the 2006 World Cup final. To use one's head as a battering ram or weapon as Zidane did.

A male who's sexuality when perceived as unknown by other people because of his feminine attitude to everything, a Zidane Kay is someone who acts like a girl yet terrified of them, as he goes for men. They have a small pp evidently shown because of their small hand size, and their face could be considered as quite clapped as well.

The word typically is also said so someone who is called Zidane, or any odd foreign name, and the word Kay is just a cover up for the word Gay
