hip wiggies 

Term for "common folk" or "blue collar" people. The term was created by a nine year boy after he would witness three people sitting across a seat in a pickup truck. Hip wiggies are several people sitting hip to hip in a pickup truck. Later the term became broader to describe "common people" or "blue collar people". The term also became the name of a company that sells products to consumers.

The company markets it products to hip wiggies.

Hip wiggies once dominated the working class of America, but as society become more service oriented there was a shift to white collar professional jobs.

The pickup truck was only large enough to sit three hip wiggies at a time.

An ambiguous term to define any act considered outlandish by society. Usually an act involving fecal matter.

Wiggerese 

A Special language used by those who are known to wear overpriced preppy clothing and drive japanese ricer shit (see civic for more information) it is common among those who claim to live in the "ghetto" (see white neighborhood) and have to "earn everything they own" (see bullshit)

Wigger: Yo dawg that civic be mad hype mang, i be prou to drie da thing mang.
Human Being: I do believe this wigger is speaking wiggerese, i think i will try to translate
Wigger:Yo mang wut you be talkin bout? why you gotsta be talkins shits yo?
Human Being: I believe he is saying 'What are you talking about my good man, and why have you begun to slander me so?
