It's some little shit hole in upstate New York. The schools are filled with drug addicts, gangstas, and whores, and the graduates are imbeciles, borderline retards. The adults are lazy, unmotivated fucks who are terrible examples to the children. The local hobbies are going to bars and sleeping around.
