I'll see what's up
1. A term used by an individual who has not quite made up their mind on a question they have been asked.
2. A response given by an individual who is asked to do something with another individual. This response usually indicates that the person is unwilling or unable to confirm their participation with the other individual, or just doesn't want to participate and doesn't like telling people "no thanks".

A phase used to express your realization of someone's insanity. It originated from a joke, when you ask the bar tender for the strongest drink they have, then you hear someone saying something so crazy he must be drunk, so you tell the bar tender you'll have what he's having.
Frank: I think the reason cats always land on their feet is because they can control they're own gravitational pull.

Texas is categorized as a swing state in presidential elections, but has voted for Republicans more times than for Democrats in recent history. As such, as demographics change political alignments, some Democrats believe that Texas will vote blue, or Democratic, due to their Hispanic and African American voters, who often align themselves with the Democratic Party's liberal wing.

Ratfucker
Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.
