'Waggus' is a word which derives from the word 'Wah-Gwan' which means 'whats going on'. The word 'Waggus' was invented in the year 2011 towards the beginning of January and has been a phenomenon ever since in the south region of Buckinghamshire being used by kids and teenagers of all ages.
