A property or structure in a state of abandonment or decay, preserved for its historical value, though it has become a useless lot and is likely an eyesore.
Reno's Lear Theatre is such a wastelandmark because been wearing its chainlink fence like a jilted bride in her wedding dress for a decade, and it is just sad to look at.
