A person from Washington State (or really the Pacific NW), but living in, or is from Washington who is an exemplary brand of weird that you get in Washington.

They are like really into recycling, socks and sandals, they look like they're fresh of the Vashon Ferry, but they also have an edge.

They can be a hippie, but also think 5G is changing their brain chemistry, crystals are the solution, while claiming 911 was faked, and they are endlessly polishing and sorting their recycling.

Oh. And some may surprise you and be very conservative.

To take something small, that doesn't quite qualify as a theft. Probably from the Danish "skæv" or the Dutch "scheef", both of which are pronounced similarly, meaning "askew, or not quite right'. To change an item's ownership without permission, but only something small and of little worth.
