WOPA is an adjective that is also an acronym. WOPA is a Wiff of Pure Ass.

Sometimes all of a sudden you smell something that stinks like something died or the smell of an old ladies dirty butt. Re You are not even sure where this smell came from. It suddenly and quickly appeared and just as fast the smell has disappeared.

I just smelt a WOPA. Woah a WOPA!
