A dumbass who acts like an 11 year old, doesn't know what a quarter is and regularly hibernates.

A person who wears shades, has brown hair, is 11, very stupid, sleeps in for months and is very lazy.

Typically thought to want and ask for an item/object that needs to have hours dedicated to obtaining it and not bothering to try.
