The Veense Brommer is a sexual act derived form the Netherlands, specifically the city of Veenendaal. The act consists of lubing up the anus of your partner, then inserting your thumb in it. After this is done you make the movement you would make when sitting on a 'brommer' (= Dutch word for moped). This twisting motion is allegedly very pleasurable for the partner in question.
