Both the name of a chain of stores in San Diego county, California, and used to refer to the products they sell -- electronic cigarettes that are rechargeable and refillable with nicotine fluid. Any document used to show proof of Covid-19 Vaccination. Document could be the actual CDC Vaccination card or a photo of it or any number of other documents being generated to show proof.
