A water mammal indegenous to Africa.
A wrinkly, musty, dry vagina.

The tour guide gestured to the tourist's right and pointed out a vagipotamus.

Female genitals engulfed by fat, such that the stomach area of the woman just rolls down into the vaginal area. Fat like a hippopotamus. Hipposcrotamus version for the male.

That lady was so fat, I sure wouldn't want to see her vagapotamus.

Vagipotamous 

A big fat bitch that thinks she is the hottest thing in the room. (Usually not the case). Often having an inflated ego twice the size of the sausage casing she is oozing out of.
