Male genitals engulfed by fat, so that when a man is sitting his stomach fat rolls down into more fat rolls in the crotch area. As fat as a hippopotamus.

`Did you see that guy back there at the bus stop? He was so fat, his hipposcrotamus was hanging off the bench.
