Up Oyndrome

A disorder in which a person wears glasses, has a large chin, is usually skinny, and is mildly nerdy and autistic. Up Oyndrome is most common among the Caucasian population.

My friend Greg is a nerd with a big chin and glasses, I think he has up oyndrome.

upsyndrome 

having so much down syndrome that you dont even know what is going on. you must have a lot of downs to be able to get upsyndrome. this is a very rare but life threating disease. but by having upsyndrome you are automatically a playa.
